C15 Ballots for union amalgamations and transfers of engagements: notice not to include influential material.
In section 99 of the 1992 Act (notice relating to proposed amalgamation or transfer), after subsection (3), there shall be inserted—

The notice shall not contain any statement making a recommendation or expressing an opinion about the proposed amalgamation or transfer.
