Bail: exclusion in homicide and rape cases E+W

32 E+W In section 4 of the M1 Bail Act 1976 (entitlement to bail), after subsection (7), there shall be inserted the following subsection—

“(8) This section is subject to section 25 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (exclusion of bail in cases of homicide and rape).”.]
