Sexual offences: procurement of women

In sections 2(1) and 3(1) of the M1Sexual Offences Act 1956 (procurement of women to have unlawful sexual intercourse by threats or false pretences), the word “unlawful” shall be omitted.
Sch. 9 does not extend to Scotland in so far as it relates to s. 17(1) of the Video Act 1984 see s. 172(16)
