M1In section 76 of the F1Senior Courts Act 1981 (alteration by Crown Court of place of trial) (as amended by paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Criminal Justice Act 1987)—

in subsection (1), for the words “section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1987” there shall be substituted the words “
a relevant transfer provision
”

in subsection (3), for the words “section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1987” there shall be substituted the words “
a relevant transfer provision
”

The amendments made by this paragraph shall cease to have effect on the coming into force of the amendments made by paragraph 51 of Schedule 4 to this Act.
Sch. 9 does not extend to Scotland in so far as it relates to s. 17(1) of the Video Act 1984 see s. 172(16)
