SCHEDULE 10 E+W Minor and consequential amendments relating to National Parks

The Employment Agencies Act 1973 (c. 35) E+W

11 E+W In section 13(7) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (cases in which Act does not apply), after paragraph (ff) there shall be inserted the following paragraph —

“(fg) the exercise by a National Park authority of any of its functions;”.
