SCHEDULE 10 E+W Minor and consequential amendments relating to National Parks

The Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (c. 88) E+W

7 E+W In section 28 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (retention or resumption of land required for public purposes), in subsection (5), after paragraph (aa) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(ab) to any National Park authority; and”.
