In Schedule 3 to the M1Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (contribution conditions), in paragraph 5(3)(a) (conditions for widowed mother’s allowance, widow’s pension and Category A and Category B retirement pension), after “class” there is inserted “ or been credited (in the case of 1987-88 or any subsequent year) with earnings ”.
