[F2 11 N.I.Any reference in this Schedule to this Part of this Act shall be taken to include a reference to Part III of this Act, to the extent that it relates to—

(a) the provision of employment services; or

(b) the provision under a group insurance arrangement of facilities by way of insurance.]]
