SCHEDULE 8 U.K. Modifications of this Act in its application to Northern Ireland

Extent Information

E1 Sch. 8 extends to the United Kingdom but the operation of Sch. 8 is limited by application as mentioned in s. 70(6).

5 (1) In section 8(3) omit “or (in Scotland) in reparation”.

(2) In section 8(7) for “paragraph 6A of Schedule 9 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ [F1 Article 16 of the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland Order 1996)] ”.
