2E+W+SSection 2 of the Transport Holding Company Act 1972 shall continue to have effect with the substitution (originally made by paragraph 13 of Schedule 16 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978) of “ an [F1employment tribunal] ” for—
(a)in subsection (3)(c), the words from “a tribunal" to the end, and
(b)in subsection (7), “a tribunal established under section 12 of the Industrial Training Act 1964".
