8 E+W+S In section 288 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992—

(a) in subsection (2), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “ section 18 of [F1 the Employment Tribunals Act 1996] (conciliation) ”, and

(b) in subsection (2A), for “section 290" substitute “ subsection (1)(b) of that section ”.
