Part I Works authorisations

The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision as to—
a
the manner in which an application for a works authorisation is to be made; and
b
the information to be included in or provided in connection with an application.

A statutory instrument containing regulations under this paragraph shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
