39U.K.In section 293 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 (functions of Secretary of State in relation to marine pollution), in the definition of “pipeline” in subsection (5), for “the Petroleum and Submarine Pipelines Act 1975” there shall be substituted “ the Petroleum Act 1998 ”.
