Section 5 of the Football Spectators Act 1989 (national membership scheme: contents and penalties) is amended as follows.

In subsection (5), for “paragraph 1(2) of Part II of Schedule 1 to the Data Protection Act 1984” there is substituted “
paragraph 1(2) of Part II of Schedule 1 to the Data Protection Act 1998
