5N.I.In section 93(3) of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 for “section 7 of the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1968” there shall be substituted “ section 66 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 ”.
