Power to give guidance and directions

In section 27 (power to give guidance and directions to the regional development agencies) after subsection (1) there shall be inserted—
1A
Subsection (1) has effect in relation to the London Development Agency as if the reference to the Secretary of State were a reference to the Mayor of London.
