23(1)The M1Local Government Grants (Social Need) Act 1969 shall be amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In section 1 (provision for grants) in subsection (2) (meaning of “local authority” etc) after “section 3 of the M2Police Act 1996” there shall be inserted “ , the Metropolitan Police Authority, ”.
