6 U.K.Without prejudice to the generality of paragraph 5, Part I of the M1 Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 shall apply in relation to a universal service provider’s compulsory acquisition of a right in England and Wales by the creation of a new right with the modifications specified in paragraphs 7 to 12.
