A statutory instrument containing regulations or an order made by a Minister of the Crown under this Part (whether alone or jointly with the National Assembly for Wales) F1, other than F5regulations under section 123A(4)F7, 138F(10), 138G(9)F3or 141A(1) or an order under section 155(1A)(d), shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
