[F14U.K.A notification under paragraph 1 or a report under paragraph 2 must contain a declaration, made by an individual authorised to do so by the unincorporated association concerned, that to the best of the individual's knowledge and belief—
(a)everything stated in the notification or report is accurate, and
(b)the notification or report contains everything that it is required to contain by this Schedule.]
