46U.K.In Part I of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (access to information: exempt information)—
(a)in paragraph 2(a), “or” is omitted,
(b)at the end of paragraph 2(b) there is inserted “or
(c)a local probation board within the meaning of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000.”,
(c)after paragraph 2 there is inserted—
“2AInformation relating to a particular chief officer, former chief officer or applicant to become a chief officer of a local probation board within the meaning of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000.”
