56U.K.In section 38A of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (execution in different parts of United Kingdom of warrants for imprisonment for non-payment of fine), in subsection (5), in the definition of “prison”, for “section 12(10) of the Criminal Justice Act 1982” there shall be substituted “ section 108(5) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
