15(1)The [F3Office] shall pay to the Secretary of State all sums received by it (otherwise than under paragraph 14) in the course of, or in connection with, the carrying out of its [F4or the Director General's] functions.
(2)Sub-paragraph (1) shall not apply where the Secretary of State so directs.
(3)Any sums received by the Secretary of State under this paragraph shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
