22Interim orders

Tribunal rules may provide for the Tribunal to make an order, on an interim basis—

a

suspending the effect of any decision which is the subject matter of proceedings before it;

b

in the case of an appeal under section 46 or 47 of the 1998 Act, varying the conditions or obligations attached to an exemption;

c

granting any remedy which the Tribunal would have had power to grant in its final decision.

Tribunal rules may also make provision giving the Tribunal powers similar to those given to the OFT by section 35 of the 1998 Act.
