25Tribunal rules may make provision for the Tribunal to transfer [F1all or any part of] a claim made in proceedings under section 47A of the 1998 Act to—
(a)the High Court or [F2the county court in England and Wales or the High Court or a county court in] Northern Ireland; or
(b)the Court of Session or a sheriff court in Scotland.
