17E+W+SThe Authority shall—
(a)maintain accounts of the British Transport Police Fund, and
[F1(b)send a copy of the accounts in respect of each financial year ending on or after 31st March 2005 to the Comptroller and Auditor General as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of that year.]
