123(1)Amend the Schedule (supplementary provisions as to proceedings under section 2) as follows.U.K.
(2)For paragraphs 2 and 2A substitute—
“2The court shall sit in open court and shall consist of—
(a)at least two justices, or
(b)a District Judge (Magistrates' Courts).”
(3)In paragraph 3, for “paragraphs 2 and 2A” substitute “ paragraph 2 ”.
