Fairs Act 1873 (c. 37)

The amendments of section 6 (alteration of fair day on representation of local authority) made by—
a
paragraph 10 of Schedule 10 to the Access to Justice Act 1999, and
b
paragraph 5 of Schedule 13 to that Act,
shall be treated as if they had never had effect.
