85MGuidance for legal representatives appointed under section 85K(6)

The Lord Chancellor may issue guidance in connection with the role which a qualified legal representative appointed under section 85K(6) in connection with any civil proceedings is to play in the proceedings, including (among other things) guidance about the effect of section 85K(7).

A qualified legal representative appointed under section 85K(6) must have regard to any guidance issued under this section.

The Lord Chancellor may from time to time revise any guidance issued under this section.

The Lord Chancellor must publish—
a
any guidance issued under this section, and
b
any revisions of that guidance.
