82 (1) Section 18 of the Local Government Act 1992 (consequences of structural changes) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Omit subsection (3).

(3) In subsection (4), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) his power to make a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (combined fire and rescue authorities),”.
