F1 Information for public E+W+S

[F1 4 (1) Section 11 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (information for public etc) applies in relation to a relevant fire and rescue authority as it applies in relation to an elected local policing body, subject to sub-paragraph (2).

(2) As applied by sub-paragraph (1), that section has effect as if—

(a) references to the relevant chief officer of police were to the relevant chief constable, and

(b) references to the chief officer’s functions were to the relevant chief constable’s fire and rescue functions.]
