2E+W+SIn Article 11A of the Agricultural Wages (Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 (S.I. 1977/2151 (N.I. 22)) (disclosure of information obtained by officers acting for the purposes of the 1998 Act), after paragraph (5) add—
“(6)Nothing in this Article prevents a disclosure in accordance with section 16A of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998.”
