Appeal against decision relating to revocation or variation of prohibition order E+W

9 E+W A relevant person may appeal to [F1 the appropriate tribunal] against—

(a) a decision by the local housing authority to vary a prohibition order, or

(b) a decision by the authority to refuse to revoke or vary a prohibition order.
