Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (prosecution and punishment of offences) shall have effect with the following amendments.

After the entry for section 105(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, there is inserted—
RTRA section 105(6A) | Misuse of recognised badge (immobilisation devices). | Summarily. | Level 3 on the standard scale. |

In the entry for section 117 of that Act, for “117” there is substituted “
