Administration of Justice Act 1985 (c. 61) E+W

44 E+W In section 16 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985 (conditional licences for licensed conveyancers), in subsection (1)(ia), for “a serious arrestable offence (as defined by section 116 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984)” substitute “ an indictable offence ”.
