School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (c. 31) E+W

8 E+W In section 50 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (effect of financial delegation) in subsection (1)—

(a) for “financial year” substitute “ funding period ”,

(b) for “that year” substitute “ that period ”, and

(c) in paragraphs (a) and (b) for “year”, wherever occurring, substitute “ period ”.
