17 U.K. In section 6 of the Law Commissions Act 1965 (supplemental) for the words from “has the same meaning” to “1887;” substitute “ means such office within the meaning of Part 3 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 or membership of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council; ”.
