231 U.K. In section 1 of the Bail (Amendment) Act 1993 (prosecution right of appeal), in subsection (12) in the definition of “magistrates' court” and “court” for “designated” to the end substitute “ designated in accordance with section 67 or section 139 of the Extradition Act 2003 ”.
