119Delegation of functions

The Lord Chief Justice may nominate a judicial office holder (as defined in section 109(4)) to exercise any of his functions under the relevant sections.

The relevant sections are—
a
section 108(3) to (7);
b
section 111(2);
c
section 112;
d
section 116(3)(b).
