This paragraph applies if the managing authority give the supervisory body notice under paragraph 94.

The standard authorisation ceases to be suspended from the time when the notice is given.

The supervisory body must give notice that the standard authorisation has ceased to be suspended to the following persons—
a
the relevant person;
b
the relevant person's representative;
c
any section 39D IMCA;
d
the managing authority of the relevant hospital or care home.

The supervisory body must give notice under this paragraph as soon as practicable after they are given notice under paragraph 94.
