Review by supervisory body

The supervisory body may at any time carry out a review of the standard authorisation in accordance with this Part.
2
The supervisory body must carry out such a review if they are requested to do so by an eligible person.
3
Each of the following is an eligible person—
a
the relevant person;
b
the relevant person's representative;
c
the managing authority of the relevant hospital or care home.
