Race Relations Act 1976 (c. 74)

32 In section 74 (orders and regulations)—

(a) in subsection (1) omit the words “(except section 50(2)(a))”,

(b) in subsection (2) for “(except sections 50(2)(a) and 73(1))” substitute “(except section 73(1))”, and

(c) subsection (5) shall cease to have effect.
