56(1)Section 21(1) of the Human Rights Act 1998 (interpretation) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In the definition of “primary legislation”, for “National [F1Assembly] for Wales” substitute “ Welsh Ministers, the First Minister for Wales, the Counsel General to the Welsh F2... Government, ”.
(3)In the definition of “subordinate legislation”, after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)Measure of the National [F1Assembly] for Wales;
(bb)Act of the National [F1Assembly] for Wales;”.
(4)In paragraph (h) of that definition, after “Executive” insert “ , Welsh Ministers, the First Minister for Wales, the Counsel General to the Welsh F2... Government, ”.
