6 U.K. The following are reserved matters—

(a) the registration of political parties;

(b) funding of political parties and of their members and officers;

(c) accounting requirements in relation to political parties;

but this is subject to paragraph 7.

7 U.K. Paragraph 6 does not reserve making payments to any political party for the purpose of assisting members of the [F2 Senedd] who are connected with the party to perform their [F2 Senedd] duties.]
