SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Information sharing: supplementary amendments

Value Added Tax Act 1994 (c. 23) U.K.

6 (1) Section 91 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994 (disclosure for statistical purposes of information relating to VAT) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “Office for National Statistics” substitute “ Statistics Board ”;

(b) for “or Office”, in both places, substitute “ or Board ”.

(3) In subsections (2) and (5), for “Office for National Statistics” substitute “ Statistics Board ”.
