In the heading after “practice” insert “ of Secretary of State etc. ”.

in paragraph (a) for “the Director” substitute “ the Director General of SOCA ”; and

b

in paragraph (b) for “members of the staff of the Agency” substitute “ other members of SOCA's staff ”.

a
