(b)for “authorised (generally or specifically) by the Director” substitute “ assigned by SOCA ”.
(4)In subsection (2)—
(a)for “The Director” substitute “ An authorised person ”; and
(b)for “the staff of the Agency” substitute “ SOCA's staff ”.
(5)In subsection (3)—
(a)for “the Director” substitute “ an authorised person ”; and
