Part 2 E+W+N.I. Transfer of civil recovery functions

88 (1) Section 280 (applying realised proceeds) is amended as follows. E+W+N.I.

(2) In subsection (3)—

(a) for “Director” substitute “ enforcement authority (unless it is the Scottish Ministers) ”; and

(b) for “him” substitute “ it ”.

(3) In subsection (4) for “Agency” substitute “ enforcement authority concerned ”.
