Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (c. 21) E+W

26 (1) Section 24 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (inspection of compliance with obligation to have regard to Fire and Rescue National Framework) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1), for “13” substitute “ 13A ”.

(3) In subsection (2), for “section 13(2)(b) and (4)” substitute “ sections 13(2)(b) and (4) and 13A(2)(b) and (4) ”.
