19 (1) Section 31 (application of Schedule 5) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (2) omit—

(a) “or complaint” (in each place), and

(b) “or paragraph (b)”.

(3) In subsection (3), for “and 12” substitute “ to 12A ”.

(4) In subsection (4) omit “or complaint”.
